The article concerns the results of theoretical and empirical research designing realization modern Web-services in educational process high school as well implementation application Google Classroom service a university. scientific methodological bases are substantiated. features were revealed economic, technical, functional, functional-educational, personal, advantages using institutions higher education determined. methodical steps teaching studying discipline “Psychology Interpersonal Communication” by students specialty 053 Psychology characterized. proven, empirically statistically validated. effect is an increase level students’ effective interpersonal communication qualities that demonstrate benefits this for psychology students, especially during pandemic times. issues implementing other psychological disciplines humanities at all levels, examining disadvantages service, treated authors promising further research.
